I’ve got a fun quick product review for you today. I love to snack on things throughout the day but the last couple months I’ve been trying to eat healthier and that’s seriously reduced my snacking options. I received these bags of granola from Paleo People and while I had intentions of trying to incorporate some into a recipe, I actually just ate it all. I sprinkled some of the apple crisp flavor over some ice cream, and the rest I just ate out of the bag.
The thing I’ve realized is that my snack choices are what tend to get me the most off track. I can plan healthier meals but I also like to eat throughout the day and if I don’t have something good on hand, it ends up being something that I probably shouldn’t be eating.
The Paleo Granola had great flavor and they’re made with all natural ingredients. Not as important to me, but they are also wheat and gluten free so a great snack for those on a stricter diet. Their flavors include:
- Apple Crisp
- Banana Nut
- Cacao Nut
- Cappuccino Crunch
What kind of foods do you like to snack on? Would you like to try some of this granola for yourself? Leave me a comment below telling me your strategy on how you snack healthy and I’ll pick a lucky winner to receive all four flavors of granola from Paleo People! I am sure you love food. Otherwise, you won’t be here. As a full-time and a part-time chef at a local restaurant, I know my way around food. Ever since I was a young girl, I enjoyed helping my mom in the kitchen.
We would often experiment with the spices, ingredients, and flavors and create great meals for my brothers and dad. Since cocking was my first passion, I decided to go in that direction. I finished culinary school, got my first job, and started developing my skills.
Later when kids came, I had all the liberty in the kitchen to combine some of the unique flavors. A lot of them were a success, but now and there I would make a couple of mistakes.
